Once the returned item is received, we will immediately process a new order for your exchange, and ship it to you with no additional shipping charge. Allow approximately two weeks for processing.
There are no refunds. If you are dissatisfied with your product we will issue a coupon credit for the amount of the original total. The credit will be issued via a coupon code that will be emailed to the customer using the email address on file at the time of purchase.
