Shipping/Returns/Exchanges

We want you to love our products as much as we do. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please let us know and we will gladly work with you to resolve your exchanges and credits swiftly.

Return Policy

  • Returns or exchanges must be mailed within 30 days of receipt of your purchase.
  • Any and all items that have been worn, laundered or altered in any way cannot be accepted for exchange or credit.
  • Any items purchased under the Last Chance or Final sale sections are non-returnable & non-exchangeable.
  • We are not liable for lost packages and all return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless your products are shipped incorrectly or defective.
  • Please make note of the tracking number on the return label and keep it for your records.
  • Contact Customer Service via telephone at 708-768-5005 or via email at customerservice@juicygirlinc.com and speak with a representative about your return.

Exchanges

Once the returned item is received, we will immediately process a new order for your exchange, and ship it to you with no additional shipping charge. Allow approximately two weeks for processing.

Refunds

There are no refunds. If you are dissatisfied with your product we will issue a coupon credit for the amount of the original total. The credit will be issued via a coupon code that will be emailed to the customer using the email address on file at the time of purchase. Please allow up to two weeks for processing after the products have been returned, reviewed and process

Shipping

All purchases will be processed within 3 business days after the transaction is completed. Depending on your choice of shipping method at the time of checkout, you purchases will be shipped as follows:


  • "Wait to Be Juiced: - 7 to 10 business days after the order is processed and the transaction is completed
  • Standard Shipping - 3 to 5 business days after the order is processed and the transaction is completed
  • Overnight/Priority Shipping - Next business day after the order is processed and the transaction is completed

Please note that weekends and all federally observed holidays are not considered a business day.
